PROGRESS
1984 - Started with a small capital in a rented shed of 500 sq ft with three workmen and only two customers.
1986 - Shifted to our own 5000 sq ft shed.
1990 - 2000
  • Expanded the work area to half an acre.
  • Added Machinery & Lab Equipment.
  • Moved to our own Office Premises.
2005 - 2006
  • Became an ISI 2001 - 9008 TUV certified company.
  • Modified the Works & Office premises to two storeyed buildings.
  • Entered the Oil / Lube field with Rust Preventive Fluids , Coolants, Industrial Speciality Oils etc.
  • Enlarged the customer base considerably to more than a hundred.
  • Set up the State of the Art R & D Labs for Chemical , Oil / Lube Labs & Test Lab for RM & Finished Product Testing.
2007 - 2010
  • ACQUIRED AKASH LABS , A PUBLIC LIMITEDCOMPANY AT THE PRESTIGEOUS SIDCO INDUSTRIAL ESTATE . ALATHUR , WITH THEIR ONE ACRE SITE , PLANT
  • Developed a complete range of " CARRESS " Car Care Products Shampoos . Silicone Polish . Multi purpose Cleaner , Underbody Protector . Radiator Anti Freeze Coolant etc
  • Secured the approval of important " CARRESS " Car Care Products by major auto companies.
PLANS 2010 -- 2015
ALATHUR FACTORY
  • The Compound Wall , Power Housing and one Shed have been completed
  • To construct SIX separate sheds for Solid Chemicals, Liquid Chemicals . Oils / Lubes, Car Care Products & Speciality Formulations.
  • The most modern Office & Lab Facility.
  • To construct three underground storage tanks of 15 KL capacity each with provision for a fourth tank.
  • To shift the entire operations to Alathur by 2012
